You're welcome to bring your own parts. However, please note that our 30-day labor warranty applies when customer-supplied parts are used. If we source the parts, the relevant parts warranty (OEM or aftermarket) applies on top of the labor warranty. We stock common components and can source most parts within 1-2 business days.
The diagnostic is free if you proceed with the repair — the $75 fee is applied toward your total. The fee only kicks in if you decide not to go ahead with the repair after we've diagnosed the device. Either way, you'll know exactly what's wrong and what it would cost to fix before you commit.
