We don't do chip-level BGA reballing or the specialized stencil work some board faults need — that's circuit board repair, a different bench setup entirely. If your board needs that level of work, we'll tell you during the diagnostic rather than take a swing at it.
We also won't chase a repair past the point it makes sense. If a board has corrosion or damage severe enough that repair would cost more than replacement — or more than the machine is worth — we say so, and price both options honestly rather than let the repair run long and expensive by default.
