# Gaming PC Build Guide: Best Value Components
Building a gaming PC in 2026 offers better value than ever. Here's what I recommend at different budget levels.
Budget Build ($600-$800)
For 1080p gaming, you don't need to break the bank. A modern mid-range CPU and GPU will handle most games at high settings.
Mid-Range Build ($1000-$1500)
This is the sweet spot. You'll get 1440p gaming at high-to-max settings in most titles. This is what most of our Glendale customers go for.
High-End Build ($2000+)
For 4K gaming or competitive 1440p at maximum refresh rates. This tier is for enthusiasts who want the best.
Why Build Instead of Buy
Pre-built PCs often cut corners on power supplies, cooling, and storage to hit a price point. When you build custom, every dollar goes where it matters.
