Clients

As a client of ours, or a client’s employee or representative, the information we collect from you may include the following:

professional information such as job title and employer/company;
credit card or debit card details if you make a purchase or pay subscription fees for product(s) or service(s);
bank account details in order to provide our loan services to your employer;
your username and password for your online account;
information about the product(s) or services you or your employer wish to obtain from us and you or your employer’s use of the product(s) or services;
details regarding your attendance at Technoland’s events;
health-related information (such as dietary requirements, disability access, medical conditions, etc.) in connection with your participation at our events; and

As a prospective client or employee or representative of a prospective client for Technoland, the information we collect from you may include the following:

professional information such as job title and employer/company;
nature of your or your employer’s interest in our product(s) and service(s);
information about the product(s) and service(s) you or your employer may wish to obtain from us.
details regarding your attendance at Technoland’s events;

Users of the Sites

As a user of the Sites or any other website or web address operated by or on behalf of Technoland that links to this Privacy Statement, we collect information that you submit to us when you interact with features of the Sites such as logging into your account. When you do this we may collect:

your credit/debit card details for payment purposes;
anything you download from the Sites; and

As a visitor to Technoland’s premises, we may capture the following information about you:

images captured by our premises’ CCTV cameras.

Aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your data relating to your use of this website to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect such data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement

Third-Party Analytics

Technoland’s online portals may, from time to time, utilize third-party analytics systems to help improve usability and the customer experience. Such systems may record mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling activity. Such systems may record keystroke information that you voluntarily enter on this website. Such systems do not track this activity on any site that does not use such systems.
